So a while back when the Samsung skins came out

I think I recall some talk about Talon's skin being disappointing (due to hopes of a 1350+ skin), which got a response implying one is potentially either on your minds or on the way even. What news?

If I recall correctly, the guy only said that Riot acknowledges the fact that the skin, while a great and high quality 750 skin, isn't quite what Talon was wanting. It's his third 750 skin, and it's legacy to boot. Whether or not that means he gets a skin faster is unknown.

Hell, Ironstylus said "okay, we know we made a mistake with Steel Legion Lux, we're going to make a girly skin for her." That was over two years ago. It took two years for Loli Lux to be released. Her last skin wasn't even a legacy one.

Talon was my first main, and it pains me to see him not only without a recall animation (he is one of the few champions in the game that doesn't have a recall, only sharing that with champions that need to be reworked which is a sad coincidence) but only a single skin that changes his particles, which despite aging well, still feels like it's just not as good or as cool as skins that have come out the past two years. Even the ones in the same tier.

All in all; if what happened with Lux is anything to learn from; just don't be optimistic. SSW Talon is still a great skin, as is Dragonblade. Crimson Elite Talon, along with SSW Talon, are among the best 750 tier skins in the game, and Talon is lucky to have two of the best in the tier. So we can take some pride in that at least.
