Saint Ivern.

His passive would put a white-blue design around the camps, and would look like snowflakes. Make it snow when you release them.

Q is a blob of snow, and you get partially buried when he hits you and roots you.

W could be snow-covered grass with Christmas lights on it.

E could be a snowglobe, and explodes in snowflakes when it times out. (Maybe have a few notes of something Christmas-sounding as it's active?)

Daisy could either wear a Santa outfit on her base look, or could be a walking Christmas tree complete with decorations and whatnot.

Then Ivern would be wearing a Santa outfit, complete with a bushy beard. His backing animation would be him going through a big bag (Santa's bag) and pulling out a present. ^^

passive is a snowy field with small candy canes and wreaths littering the border

q could be snow as you said, or it could be wrapping paper, or its a snowball with wrapping paper on it, the snow buries them and he uses the paper to pull himself.

w would only be able to have the lights replacing the yellow sparkles, unless they update normal bushes with snow, consistency, current ivern's w is similar to normal bushes for a reason

e can be a snowglobe, which makes a shattering glass effect similar to snow day Syndra's q

daisy could just be decorated in tinsel and Christmas lights with a Santa hat on top.

ivern, gains the reddish leaves as his beard, with snow lightly sitting on his leaves, with a santa hat on and loads of poros living on him, mistle-toe could hang over his body as well and his auto's could throw a mix of presents and candy canes.

I love the idea, but older champs will probably be prioritized, Illaoi doesn't have a skin other than the release one.
