Champion concept: Shahas, The lord of decay (name in progress)
Shahas is a heavy zone control mage and a monster in teamfights that requires some setup from himself but when set up correctly can dominate his opponents. However for a mage he has low CC and does better when his team has an AOE initiator like

Passive: accelerated Decay Shahas´ W Totems apply stacks of "Decay". At three stacks, this buff turns into "Full decay" for 15 seconds, giving the affected champion a slightly darker shade, the affected champion also act like a Decay Totem and has reduced mr and armor. Resistance loss: 10/15/20 % (at levels 1/7/13)
Q: Rotting Wave Shahas sends out a cone shaped Wave similar to Synda´s E but slighty longer. Enemies hit are slowed by 40% for 3 seconds and take Magic damage. Decay totems hit also apply this effect on their next wave. The totem wave deals 50% damage of the Original Q and a champion can only be hit by 1 totem wave every 5 seconds. Totem waves hitting other totems will cause that totem to do the same thing, but each totem can only send 1 wave per Q. Damage: 50/100/150/200/250+(0.4AP) magic damage Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana
W: Decay Totem Shahas summons a Decay Totem at the target location. these Totems pulse once every 3 seconds, aplying 1 stack of decay to champions within their radius(about 450 units). These Totems are invulnareble for the first 3 seconds after they are placed, and after that have health that scales with AP. if one of Shahas´ totems get hit by another of his spells it provides a bonus effect. These Totems last until killed and lose 75% of their health when Shahas is not nearby. Totem Health: 100/125/150/175/200 +(0.4AP) Cooldown: 30 seconds Mana Cost: 20 Mana
E: infest body passive: When an enemy dies, They immediatly send off 1 decaying pulse (The W totem pulse).
Active: Shahas infest a living enemy champion, dead enemy champion or dead ally champion with virulent plague, which has different effects based on what he targets. Living enemy: He applies a plague which deals a DoT effect based on Decay stacks which gets refreshed when a new stack is applied, when the infested champion BECOMES(so not when his is already) in Full Decay state, The plague gets spread to nearby enemies, DoT: 1 stack: 100/110/120/130/150+(0.2AP) magic damage over 4 seconds 2 stacks: 100/120/140/170/200+(0.3AP)magic damage over 5 seconds Full decay:100/130/160/190/250+(0.5AP)magic damage over 5 seconds Dead Enemy: He infests the body of the enemy and when that enemy respawns, They have reduced hp regen, AP and AD for the next 2 minutes. Reduced HP regen.: 40% Reduced AP and AD: 15% Dead ally: He infest the body of the ally with rapidly duplicating bugs, which causes them to fire out a swarm to the nearest enemy Champion every 2 seconds until they respawn, dealing damage in a 300 diameter circle around them for 2 seconds. R: Zone of Total Decay. Shahas channels a zone around him for 10 seconds max., gaining immunity to all cc execpt knockups, stuns and suppression. In this zone, all his totems rapidly regen health and pulse twice as fast, and his allies gain health and mana regen. based on the enemy´s combined stacks of Decay HP and Mana regen.: 2% max health per 3 seconds + 0.2% max HP per stack (so max. 6% max HP per second) Cooldown: 100 sec. Mana cost 125 Mana
