Champion concept: (I have no name yet xD)
...(stands for: still no name xD) is a timing based AP assasin that relies on optimizing risk/reward in order to get the maximum amount of damage out of his combos. He can be played mid lane and to some degree top lane, although you will find most succes against squishy midlaners such as

. This champ is REALLY punishing against squishies, and a good player will punish them for almost every misjudgement they make.
Basic info: Range:melee Roles: Primary: assasin, Secondary:bruiser resource: Mana
Abilities: Passive: timed strike when an enemy gets hit by your damaging abilities you places a mark on that enemy, this mark stays on them for 10 seconds, gradually decreasing their mr(5% at first, increases to 15% over 8 seconds) until finally putting a DoT effect(20+10 per champion level+0.3AP in magic damage over 3 seconds)at the 10.5 secons mark if he hit them during the first part (aside from the ability that placed the mark). this passive has a 30 second cooldown(after mark ends).
Uses: proc the first part of the passive with Q and wait as long as you can for more mr reduction before closing the gap, unleashing your combo and backing off, leaving them with a DoT that together with ignite, could finish them off if they´re low enough.
Q: enchanted blade throws a blade at the target location dealing 50/100/150/200/250+0.6AP magic damage in a AoE(diameter of 150). it remains there for 3 seconds before launching itself in your cursor´s direction dealing 50/100/150/200/250+0.6AP magic damage to champions hit. (can only do damage for 1 part of the ability) Mana Cost: 50/60/65/70/75 Cooldown:10 seconds at all ranks
Uses: This ability is used mainly for poke and proccing your passive as its not very good for finishing someone off unless you can hit them with the first part.
W: sealing strike you wind up for 1 second, rooting yourself but becoming imune to other cc, and after that time you slash the nearest enemy dealing your AD+0.9AP in magic damage and slowing them by 40% for 3 seconds. if the enemy is a champion it also deals 3/4/5/6/7% of either their or YOUR current health(whichever is the most) in magic damage(with a cap of 300 bonus damage). Mana Cost: 80/90/100/100/100 Cooldown: 12/10/8/7/6 seconds
Uses: This is a prime part of your burst combo and can be a guaranteed hit if timed correctly with your E. because this can deal your current health too, he scales a little bit with health too, encouraging the player to build for a trade pattern while not exceeding the cap too far to avoid wasting gold on less useful stats in lane.
E: unexpected assault you place a link o a target enemy for 3 second, the enemy doesn´t see this link until 1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5/1 second has passed. after three seconds, you blink to the linked enemy and push away everything in a 300 radius 50 units outside the 300 unit radius. Mana cost: 100 at all ranks Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds after the link ends
Uses: this your gapcloser, the uses are obvious. You can time you W so it strikes right after you solo your target out with your E.
R: Perfect strike He strikes at the enemy's biggest weak point, dealing 300/400/500+1.0AP magic damage to the target and stunning the enemy for 1 second. It also grants him 50% movement speed for 2 seconds and if he uses this in the last 2 seconds the mark lasts, the mark wil also do 2% missing health per tick, totaling at 6%. Mana Cost: 100/125/150 Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds
Uses: This is an Obvious one, use this at the end of your combo to safely escape with the stun and movement speed while chunking your oponent and possibly strengthening the DoT from your mark.
Combos: trading: Q, wait for passive, E, wait 1.5 sec,W, E teleport,strike from W, auto and run away, passive DoT proc. Full Burst: Q, wait for passive, E, wait 1.5 sec, W, E teleport, strike from W, R, ignite, auto and run, passive DoT proc.
