The reason Sweetheart Annie wasn't supposed to get new particles was her intended skin price tier. I thought she was supposed to be 520.

Then they give her 750 RP cost with no new particles?!

750 RP Skins are supposed to sometimes include new animations.

Why is she 750 RP with no fire color change?

New Animations aren't new particles (visual effects). There's a difference. Plus it says SOMETIMES. So therefore it doesn't happen often. They already confirmed if they had given her new effects she would have been 975
