Passive that does bonus damage every auto attack based off a percent of their maximum health? Then since RIOT likes things in 3s, what if the percent stacked 3 times up to like 5% - 6%. Of course, as a tank, it would need some type of burst, so I was thinking there should be an ability to let them detonate the stacks to deal a burst of damage for like 30% of the target's maximum health.

Ult would allow it to teleport around the map and bring an ally.
