I for one, am I big fan of Lissandra. Her Icy theme and personality. Her skins though, are a bit lacking to me. I'm looking for a Lissandra skin that gives an extra OOMPH to her character. It's been over a year and a half since her last skin was released, and I'm asking if anything is being prepared for the Ice Witch?

We don't generally discuss what may or may not be in the pipeline for a champion. Internal timelines may change, and in rare occasions, the idea we had just doesn't work out. :c (An example of this would be Cyber Katarina wayyy back in the day - it just didn't meet what we wanted to accomplish.)
That said, she is on the list of champions who can receive a skin, and she's definitely on the radar as a champion who hasn't had a skin in a while!
