A few simple tweaks to abilties that I feel are needed/justified.

Hit box tweaks Hawkshot gives assists Small Damage reduction during his dive/cc immunity during the "down part" Blow up barrels as they're rolling. Delete from game get rid of boots requirement similar to possible fear effect added to his ult. (similar to fear) Visible indicator of balls on map. Land anywhere in circle from repel. Higher movement speed bonus from turning into a kitty. Revert to old rengar Constantly switching w icon to show card currently available.
