Basil, The Zaun Virologist

---Passive: Slow Death- Basil's basic attacks deal bonus damage over 3 seconds and apply stacks of Virion, stacking up to 10 times. At 10 stacks, any damage dealt by Basil to the target cannot be healed for 3 seconds. Stacks stay on targets for 8 seconds.

Damage: basic attack damage , plus 10+3/level (0.1 ap) ratio of bonus magic damage over 3 seconds.

---Q – Virus Cloud- Basil shoots an explosive needle at a location that leaves a trail of virus clouds and pierces all enemies dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (.2 ap) magic damage and applying a stack of Virion. After 1 second it explodes, leaving a large virus cloud over an area for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5seconds (trail also stays that long). Enemies in the cloud or trail take 15/25/35/45/55 (.4 ap) magic damage and have Virion applied each second, and take the damage for 3 seconds when they leave the cloud.

---W- Debilitating Needle- Basil fires a needle in a line. The first enemy hit is slowed by 20/23/26/29/32% for 2 seconds and leaves a viral cloud trail behind them that slows other enemies for 20% for 2 seconds and reduces their damage by 10% for 3 seconds. The needle applies 1 stack of Virion and the trail applies 1/1/2/2/3 stacks of Virion to each target affected over 1/2/3 seconds.

---E- Rapid Infection- Basil triggers each stack of Virion on all targets around Basil, dealing 10/15/20/25/30 for each stack on the target, plus (.8 ap). It also increases any of Basil's damage over time effects on the target by 30% (stacks are consumed)(Short-ish cooldown)

---R- Mass Infection- Basil sprays a cloud of disease in a cone, applying 3 stacks of Virion and dealing 150/200/250 (.4 ap) over 5 seconds. 100/80/60 cooldown.

I really wanted to make a mage and have one revolve around dots with potential high sustained damage (I know Cass is a thing, but her kit revolves around her E, the poison just being a vehicle for her damage rather than being her damage). A doctor/researcher came to mind, someone who could weaponize diseases with a mix of magic and tech (hextech I guess?). I couldn't think of a good title for him, but I liked the idea. I picture him being from Zaun, but from the streets like Ekko. A doctor for poorer people that needed some way to defend himself from the Hextech cyborg-y goons of the higher ups. He's not physically strong, so he decided to take them down from the inside.

Constructive feedback is welcome, as well as ideas of a Title Name! (Also, a Virion is an infective viral particle, but if you have any ideas for a passive stack name too, let me know. Virion doesn't roll off the tongue too well) Ty ty for reading!
