Miss Fortune Rework:

Because I miss Impure Shots. Love Tap is a good idea, but it takes so much of her power budget and encourages switching targets on an ADC, which is weird. When they Updated her I was excited about it, especially when I saw that her ult actually did something other than clear minion waves! But I thought it was a weird choice to do away with Impure shots which was a cool mechanic and gave her grievous wounds built in, which was nice on an ADC. They successfully gave her proper scaling (and maybe too much for a bit) but all they had to do was swap Strut and Impure Shots around and they'd have been fine. Having ADCs with magic damage built into their kits is cool and I liked hers a lot, both thematically and gameplay wise.

Of course, this would require base stat adjustments since, as I said before, Love Tap takes so much of her power budget. Pretty sure MF has one of the lowest base AD numbers in the game and for sure has the lowest out of the ADC's. I get why, Love Tap would be truly OP if she had an extra 10 AD to catch back up to the standard for ADCs, but it always was crazy to me that she had such a gap in hers because of an ability she has. It's almost detrimental to her overall. Her AD growth is run of the mill for ADCs as well, so she's not getting it back there.

Lucian, Xayah, Varus, Twitch, Tristana, Sivir, KogMaw, Kalista, Jinx, Jhin, Corki, Draven, Caitlyn, Ashe, and even Azir have higher base AD and base AD growth than MF.

So, here's my Rework...or Revert? Really a Revert with proper scalings I guess.

-----Passive: Impure Shots- Miss Fortune's attacks and abilities deal (6% total AD or 4% total AP (Adaptive)) bonus magic damage, stacking up 5/6/7/8 times per target for a maximum 30/36/42/48% AD or 20/24/28/32% magic damage. At max stacks, auto-attacks and Q inflict Grievous Wounds. (Make it Rain deals a third of this damage every tick.)

-----Q: Miss Fortune fires a shot at the target enemy, which then bounces to hit another unit behind it, dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (90% AD)(45%AP) physical damage to both targets (applies on-hit effects to both). If the first shot kills the target, the second shot critically strikes for 150% (Adjusted Scaling, took 10 off of AD put 10 on AP. Increased damage by 10 to compensate for Love Tap being taken off. Not sure if that's enough, but passive damage is applied so...we'll go with that for now.)

-----W: Strut- Mana Cost: 30 Passive: After 5 seconds of not taking non-minion damage, Miss Fortune gains 25 Movement Speed. After another 5 seconds, this bonus increases to 50/60/70/80/90. Active: Fully activates Strut's Movement Speed and grants 30/45/60/75/90% Attack Speed for 5 seconds. (Decreased movespeed and attack speed bonus. Increased duration when activated. Minion damage doesn't remove Strut.)

-----E: Make it Rain- Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Slow: 20/28/36/44/52% Does not interrupt movement if strut is active. Damage : 130/165/200/235/270 (15% AP) magic damage over 2 seconds. Passive is applied on first tick of damage and then a second time after 3 more ticks. (Essentially 1 stack for hitting them, 2 stacks for them getting hit by all of it)

(Context for changes here: Mana Cost adjusted so you aren't drained of mana for 1 point in it. Her E damage was nerfed significantly at one point to compensate for Love Tap and Thunderlords Decree being busted on everyone. Since Love Tap is now gone and Thunderlords no longer exists, and no Electrocute doesn't count, the base damage can now be added back. Slow was decreased overall, but compensated with the strut interaction. 5% AP scaling added. With the Passive, it'll do okay damage on AD.)

-----R: Bullet Time- Changes: Every 3 waves stacks passive (Denoted by a brighter color). (Toyed with each rank increasing the max number of stacks you can have, but the numbers were a little crazy.) Damage- 10/12/14 waves. (50% AD) (35% AP) physical damage. Critical strike chance increases with Impure Shots stacks 1 stack = 5.5% chance. Crit damage is 20% extra. (The scaling was brought down, but the potential damage from passive makes up for it. Basing the ult's crit on her passive is a good way to reward good stacking and the ult can only stack 3/4/4 times if they're in it for full duration.
