It's PROJECT: Shut the fuck up about the PROJECT skins, we already have 50 fucking posts about it.

The bladed weapon rules out jax. The only weapon type jax uses is a lamp post which is like a mace. (which one of his skins also uses)

It's jax, not yet released but you'ill see , it's totally jax. Look at his head and now look at the new master yi skin, TOTALLY DIFERENT, from the eye to the pony tail, the cover image and the yi skin are different poeple who negate that are blind ! Now, why jax isnt in the project website, idk yet, maybe its because he's some sort of a diferent project jax skin. In his lore it's write that jax is doing research on his enemy to find himself a real weapon, he's doing some sort of scientific research and that's why it could be a project jax but not necessarily like those who got release on the PBE. It could be a ultimate, assuming that jax wouldn't have a lantern as weapon, because he successfully find a real weapon for himself. Why ? Because the project jax cover image is similar to master yi project skin. These two champion always had similarity between them, look at google and by yourself in the game. If you're not convinced yet, look at jax original splash art pony tail, principally at the beginning of it, then, look at the cover image, there's a pony tail too, some here would say, project yi skin have one too and that's it ! But no, the top of project yi skin is really different from the project skin on the cover. But jax splash and this cover have the same pony tail ! Some would just say, they changed their concept during project skin creation... I dont believe in that... There's too much similarity with jax and too much difference with the project yi skin. I'm sure it's jax, consider it and look by yourself, I mean, with a open eye.
Its a Polarm. It isnt a sword so i dont think it could be Yi, but it also is a weapon. But Either way might lead to Jax due to the Lack of info on the skin, and lack of info on jax himself. Or maybe their is some other champ that we are just not thinking of.
Definitely Master Yi.
