Sadly Veigar is pretty much the worst champion atm. His winrate is sooo abysmal. Ironically enough, burst metas are very bad for veigar.

Bad winrate =/= bad champion. Watch DaBox play him. Almost 700 games with a 59% winrate. That's a pretty sizable amount for an average. The best part is that it isn't even selective picking, he picks him whenever he can.

I didn't mean to say he was a bad champion. I just meant this meta makes it really hard for him to thrive. AD mids are very common and assassins are a huge problem for him aswell. Right now it's league of assassins and ad mid is extremely common atm. Veigar is a very powerful champion. Just... not under these conditions.

Fufufu technically he is a DoT mage, but he does so much DoT at once that it just seems like you get bursted. In reality you are just taking a lot of small ticks of damage from several different sources in a short amount of time >:D MALZAHAAAAAAR!.

I know, how I love him so xD W,E,R, Passive proc and their dead. Q before and after the combo.

But his Q is burst though, it has a small delay but has one of the highest base values and ap basic ability scaliness in game. The day they nerf Mal, I would quit lol, even though I don't play him much like I useto

It wasn't a question of whether or not he was bursty, he's just not as common as the rest. The 5 other mages I listed are just as bursty as anyone up there, heck veigar is like the epitome of bursty.

It's the mixture of burst and mobility. Every single champion he listed (sans Velkoz who isn't popular, and Syndra who isn't AS popular but also gets ranged and zone control) has some pretty strong mobility.

if this is a complaint about all these champions doing to much (Which it is probably is considering the league community) then i figure you've never played any of these champions as there alll high burst squishys... Except for like half of pantheon/riven but there's reasons for that

Actually half of them aren't squishy. Graves is the tankiest ADC in the game for instance.

Are you kidding me, Graves has the niche of being THE bursty ADC. All others are mainly sustained. Draven is also sort of bursty but that depends on the delay on his AAs.
