Sudden Impact (D2) Cooldown increased from 4s to 25s
That's crazy. This rune will be completely useless if it's left this way. Why not just put a "this rune does not work for hot Ionian dancers" exception instead
There were a lot of others champions that used it almost 100% of the time as well
and honestly this rune was strong as fck

I think a way of compensating it without breaking it would be to give the lethality/mpen scaling ratios so it won't feel completely useless late game since it won't be available as often
For most ideal users of the rune, it's not designed to be used every 6 seconds. It's designed to give a substantial amount of lethality on your dash as an assassin. Other champions with really repeatable dashes abused the rune.
Even if she can Q get a reset, i dont think she actually the only reason because she will already have done before the timer go off. If sudden impact do more dmg in the end over a major runes indeed it will need to be nerf.
Shaco, evelyn, diana, ahri, yasuo, vi... there already a lot of way to abuse the rune right now.
I think it got gutted for frequent mobile champs lioe kat, yasuo, even ww can peoc pretty easy... and specifically so they can prob buff kalista a tiny bit after.
