Idea for a future champions Q ability with crit% passive and skillshot active that can crit.

This ability stems from a hybrid fighter champion concept I have that would be somewhat like a male equivalent of Nami, and possibly her king, but Im 99% sure Rito does not create new champions based 100% on a player concept, so I just wanted to share the main ability he would have because I think its pretty cool

Q: Rahab Range: 925, Cost: 60-110 mana, Cooldown: 8 seconds or 11/10/9/8/7 seconds Passive: Grants 7/9/11/13/15% Critical strike chance Active: Champion hurls their weapon in a line dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+100% AD) physical damage to the first enemy it hits and applying on-hit effects. Rahab can critically strike.

Thats the basics of it anyway, would be cool as the primary source of AD on a potential hybrid fighter champ.

Id like to show a picture of the weapon(named Rahab) that inspired this, forged by the same man who replicated Darius 106lb axe, and goes by the name of Irish Mike(star of Big Giant Swords). I think the weapon should look like this but with a smaller head and longer pole for a more spear-like appearance.
