Elemental Champion Concept

So I was thinking and I came up with ability ideas for an element based mage. Please leave comments!

Passive:

  • Attain ult at level 1 which allows for switching between ice and fire forms. Ice passive: Damaging enemy champions three times with basic attacks or abilities within 5 seconds( maybe less) freezes that enemy champion (I would think of it as a stun kind of like Sejuani ) for 0.75 seconds. Fire passive: Damaging an enemy three times with basic attacks or abilities within 5 seconds (maybe less) light an enemy on fire for 3 seconds dealing 20-100(based on level)+(15% of ability power) every second.

Q:(Im not sure on name) Ice:Send ice in a target direction dealing 80/110/140/180/210 +(60% of ability power) damage. If an enemy is frozen when hit by this ability the duration of the freeze is increased by 0.5 seconds. Fire: Send fire in a target direction dealing 80/110/140/185/230+(70% of ability power) damage. If an enemy is on fire this ability deals 20% more damage. range:750 cooldown:(I'm not sure what this should be)

w:(I'm not sure on name) Ice: Grant an ally a barrier that absorbs 50/90/120/160/200+(40% of ability power) damage. Additionally, this ally's basic attacks and abilities will mark enemies with the ice passive. This shield and the buff last 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. Fire: Grant an ally a buff, that ally will deal 5/6/7/8/10% more damage for the next three seconds, additionally, this ally's basic attacks and abilities will mark enemies with fire the passive. cast range:600 cooldown: 17/15/13.5/12/11

e: Arctic torture/Kindle Ice: Instantly deal 30/60/90/120/150+(30% of ability power) damage to a frozen enemy.(This ability is the one I'm least sure about as it's rather bland in the current league landscape) Fire: Increase duration of flames by 2 seconds. range:650 cooldown:(I'm not sure)

R: Elemental conversion Ice: Switch to fire form. Fire: Switch to ice form. range:NA cooldown:17/15/13/11/8.5

I know that there is a lot of stuff left out (base stats, lore, concept art, etc) Please comment on anything you think needs to be altered for this to be a valid idea.

Have you thought of a name for this Champion?

(For me the name has to be what gets me on board).

It might be a detail but almost none of your values scale linearly and that's kind of an issue. Unless there's a clear reason to do otherwise, all values have to scale linearly.
