You know what league of legends needs?
A champion who's goal isn't death, murder or something bigger than herself, but just fun(i know in league of legends? That can exist?!)
What i want to see in the future is a genuine fun Circus Performer champion, circus's and performer's do exist in Valoran but the most we've seen of them are Draven and Sona, both use music but what about one who uses her body(Not in the evelynn way)?
Citri the Dancer(she's a circus performer who uses her body, she's probably a dancer, i just don't know her name yet.)
The picture i chose to put for her is from deviant art by Slackermagician, the idea came to my mind because i was browsing yugioh cough Fanart cough for research cough and saw this, then i thought to myself, if i saw a circus performer in league, this is what i'd imagine(or close to it).
Smiling, having fun, bright color's and an interesting design.
For a kit, she'd have to be interesting and completely different but i imagine she'd be a mid or top laner and be an assassin or a fighter, leaning towards fighter.
Weapon: Chakram Secondary Bar: Energy
Goal: She's an annoying AP Fighter/assassin for top or mid lane, she is meant to be mobile and annoying but not deal very much damage all at once unless she sets up, but when she does set up it's fairly obvious that she is because it telegraphed and skilled league player can remember the routine. She's also meant to be completely unique and reward a player for set up and proper skill execution while punishing you for not doing so.
Passive: Dance Routine
Citri will constantly be performing a dance while moving(she will use her base dance animation and can use her base dance animation while moving).
Every 10 seconds a mark will appear near her, stepping on the mark cause her to gain stacks.
Encore: After reaching a certain amount of them(12) her next basic ability(I.E Not her ultimate) Can be used twice in a row(60 second cooldown).
Q: Cartwheeling
Cooldown: 16 seconds
Citri draws a line and marks the end of the line with "Dance Routine" then starts to do either flips or a cartwheel to that area, dealing magic damage in an area upon landing and collecting all stacks that she passes over. (this would most likely work similarly to Rumble R or Taliyah Knockup)
If citri collects 3 marks at once while using this ability it refreshes the cooldown.
Note: This ability cannot pass through terrain
W: Ring of Fire
Cooldown: 12 Seconds
First Active: Citri lights one of her chakram on fire, causing her next 5 basic attacks within 10 seconds to deal bonus magic damage.
Second Active: Citri throws a chakram in a line that falls at the end or upon contact with an enemy champion, laying on the ground for 10 seconds, dealing damage to all enemies it passes through.
If citri uses "Acrobatics" and collects 3 marks of "Dance Routine" before getting her chakram it will reset the cooldown.
E: Balancing Act
Cooldown: 10 seconds Duration: 5/6/8 Seconds
Citri spawns a large ball out of seemingly thin air and jumps on it, rolling on it while keeping her balance, while riding her ball she will gradually increase her movement speed until reaching a certain percentage increase near the end (like rammus's Q).
If Citri makes contact with an enemy champion while riding her ball, she knocks them back and vaults off of it.
Note: Only citri's vault off of the ball will cause her to pass through terrain.
R: Entrainment
Cooldown: 120 Seconds Duration: 1/2/3 Seconds
Citri starts to dance in a small circle, anyone who steps into this circle will immediately start to dance with her(including allies), at the end of the duration of her dance she deals massive magical damage to all enemies that were caught. Citri can move very slowly while dancing and take enemies and allies with her.
This ability cannot be stepped through with spell sheilds because it applies multiple times, as in it's more like a long lasting area of effect than an initial effect that activates upon stepping in. (yes champions would use their base dance emote when they step inside)
Edit: Read of it, like right now, this sounds busted, she can't do very much damage or she'd be oppressive.
Edit 2: Alternatively a katarina circus performer skin would be amazing.
