Let's make Lamb and Wolf separate champions, similar to Xayah and Rakan

Before Kindred mains complain, hear me out.

We'll leave Lamb essentially the same as how Kindred currently functions. Mainly because Wolf's existence on the champion serves no purpose and goes against their theme and lore. Wolf is supposed chase people, but is entirely confined to Lamb. They're supposed to be two halves of the same being, but the split is more like 9:1. Lamb does everything and Wolf is... the model for things that could just be arrows. The E could easily just be an arrow or magic effect, as could the W.

Importantly, though, we'd need to remove the jungle camp marks and put it on a champ-only system that rewards you for killing (not on assists) each enemy once, so she can go bot lane with Wolf. (jungle camps being marks when Kindred is supposed to be the Grim Reaper never really fit the theme in the first place) She'd gain 75 on the first kill, and 25 for each champion thereafter. So after killing all 5 enemies she'd reach the range from 16 marks now-- again, keep in mind assists wouldn't count. And her Q would grant +12% AS per mark.

Wolf would be a pseudo-support like Pyke. And like Xayah and Rakan, they'd be able to recall together as well as buff at least one of each others' abilities.

His kit could be something like:

Passive: Wolf consumes those he kills, healing 10% - 30% (based on level) missing HP on kill and gaining a mark for each unique enemy champion kill. Wolf's Q gains 20 range per mark.

Q: Wolf leaps to target enemy or ally Lamb. Enemies take (low) damage, are stunned for 1 - 1.5s and marked as Caught. Caught enemies are grounded for 1 - 2s if attacked by an ally.

W: Wolf gains 10 - 50 base AD for 6s. During this time, his auto attacks grant him 5-15 MS towards the target and cause it to bleed. (consecutive attacks stack the bleed). If he's within Lamb's W, he gains the same AS as her when she Q's.

E: Wolf charges in a direction. If he hits an enemy champion, he stuns himself for 1s as he bites and throws them back the direction he came.

R: Wolf bites target enemy champion, dealing damage based on the target's missing health. If it kills, it drops a cut of flesh at the location which any ally can retrieve for the same heal as Wolf's passive and bonus gold. (no reset mechanic) If Lamb retrieves it, she gains a mark which can stack past her cap.

Granted, that's just a really rough idea of what could be done to make a melee damage/ tankish support. But the overall idea is just to have Wolf be his own champion and benefit from Kindred.

And as a side note for the visual, both will have the other's mask over their shoulder unless they're in game together.

No, this wouldn't work at all. For both lore and the game. Kindred is always one always together. This would always take away what makes Rakan and Xayah special.
