Can we get an ADC or support with no mana bar?

I think mana is a boring mechanic, and resources like rage, heat, etc are really fun and interesting.

I loooove manaless champs like rumble, Morde , riven, renekton etc

Please give these to ADCs and supports as well. It would be fun playing a manaless support since you can avoid mana items. Or perhaps they use hp as a resource to cast spells.

A manaless ADC could have some sick mechanics, like rage or rumbles heating if they in a mech with a mini gun. This would make the champs unique and more fun to play.

What do you guys think? You guys like mana as a resource, or couldn't care less about this topic.

Feel free to spitball potential ideas below. Would be pretty cool to see a yordle in a giant ass mecha ADC , but it might be to similar to rumble (unless they were evil)
