What if an ability/passive existed that gave you movement speed when you took damage?
Imagine getting movement speed stacking for instances of damage taken.
Like 2% or 5% that stacks up for every time you are hit, or a burst that re-applies every time damage is taken?
It could be a passive, or even an active ability! Like take % reduced damage for a duration, and while this is active gain a burst of movement speed every time you are hit with damage...
This might work really well thematically for Volibear because bears are often seen as big lumbering creatures that get angrier and more frenzied the more you irritate them. And lets be honest they shrug off most attempts to fight them as just annoyances anyway, right?
