Role: He is a squishy, slightly mobile(speed boost) AP mage with a playstyle like Mid Lane Lulu with more damage but less utility.

Abilities: Passive: Quick learner: after being hit by a Ability he takes 5% reduced damage from that ability for 9 sec. (stacks up to 5 times).

Q: Copying Rift: Rivalty opens up a rift in the air for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 behind him which will shoot out a copy of any skillshot that hits it back in the opposit direction(The Original will still keep traveling) from where it was coming from, it is a exact copy with range, projectile speed, base damage and scaling(and slows/stuns), only that it use Rivaltys stats for the scaling part. Mana cost: 60 Mana at all ranks Cooldown: 15 sec. at all ranks

W: Stored Energy: Passive when this ability can be used Rivalty will slowly store energy up to a max. (5 per sec. max 200) Rivalty unleashes A bunch of energy that he stored shooting it out in a small but long cone in front of him dealing 0.25/0.3/0.35/0.4/0.5 damage per stack plus 0.8AP magic damage. Mana cost: 120 at all ranks. Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 sec

E: Clone Distraction: He clones himself, making him get a random place within 150 range and his clone too, when he or the clone is attacked, the clone dissapears(ability, basic attack, DOT) if the clone is hit, the champion that hit the clone gets slowed and Rivalty gets a speed boost and a stack of quick learner for all non ultimate abilities form the champion that hit it. Slow(and speed boost):10%/20%/30%/40%/50% Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Mana Cooldown: 27 sec at all ranks

R: Clone armageddon: He channels for 2 sec., Then he releases a whole bunch of clones at nearby enemies(doesnt actually make a clone, just a thematic thing) which will attack enemy champions One by one( 3 hits randomly distibuted per sec, 5 sec). Max hits per champion: 8 Damage per clone: 10/25/50(+0.10AP)

Build example:item 3158 item 3165 item 3157 item 3089 item 3285 item 3026

That passive is actually interesting, would like to see it in the game somehow.
