Kaiser is a physical mage that utilizes his mana to create swords in battlefield to relentlessly assault his foes with grace and devastation.

Phantasmal Blade - Passive

Whenever Kaiser uses an ability, it spawns a Phantom Blade randomly around Kaiser in which he may retrieve it, regaining 6% of his maximum Mana and a stacking 10% bonus movement speed for 4 seconds. Phantom Blades persists for 6 seconds before disappearing or if an enemy champion walks over it.

Vanishing Strike | Cost: 8% of current Mana - Range: 400 - Cooldown: 8 seconds on all levels

Kaiser dashes towards a direction, striking all enemy units in his path and dealing 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 70 + (90% / 100% / 110% / 120% / 130% of Attack Damage and 80% of his maximum Mana) physical damage before briefly entering Stealth for 1.5 seconds.

If Kaiser passes through a Phantom Blade during his dash or while in Stealth, it extends the duration by an additional 0.75 seconds and reduces the cooldown of Vanishing Strike by 2 seconds.

Up to 2 Phantom Blades may be created with Vanishing Strike.

Wall of Blades | Cost: 8% of current Mana - Cast Range: 600 - Wall Width: 300 - Cooldown: 19 / 18 / 17 / 15 / 16 seconds

Kaiser conjures an impassable wall of blades that deals 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 + (60% of Attack Damage and 50% of his maximum Mana) physical damage to enemy units in contact. Consecutive contact with the wall of blades deals 30% less damage. Lasts for 3 seconds.

Up to 4 Phantom Blades may be created with Wall of Blades.

Shatter | Cost: 8% of current Mana - Range: 1,000 - Cooldown: 4 seconds on all levels

Kaiser channels for 1 second, causing all Phantom Blades to be indestructible before shattering them, dealing 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 + (100% of Attack Damage and 70% of his maximum Mana) physical damage to all enemy units around and slowing them by 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% / 18% for 3 seconds.

Up to 3 Phantom Blades may be created with Shatter.

Ghost Throne - Ultimate | Cost: N/A - Cast Range: 600 - Radius: 400 - Cooldown: 100 / 90 / 80 seconds

Kaiser creates 4 Phantom Blades in a cross formation that surges towards the center, dragging enemy units along with it and dealing 80 / 100 / 120 + (120% of Attack Damage and 30% of maximum Mana) physical damage. After a 1 second, a large Phantom Blade falls from the skies and hits the center, dealing 100 / 200 / 300 + (50% of Attack Damage and 80% of maximum Mana) physical damage to enemy units and stunning them for 1 / 1.5 / 2 seconds.
