Give him a super crazy, super over the top skin with a darker, but still sailor moon like look to it. SG urgot would kind of ruin the line because while it would be a good meme, it just doesn't work. Evil SG urgot could work though.
Yes, there are alot of candidates for a skin line opposing the Starguardians, but because of respect for the meme, no one deserves to be the leader of the enemies more than Urgot.

I forgot Urgot even existed since I see him once every 100 games now like the good old times before his rework. Yeah that didn't take long to happen again.
If we can't have SG Urgot, I'd rather have Definetly Not Starguardian Urgot which looks much more like a Starguardian but clearly isn't.
