Please incorperate an "attachment" champion

I'm honestly surprised this isn't a thing yet in League of Legends. A support champion who can literally attach to an ally (kind of like Lulu's shield and how it interacts with her glitter lance). I remember playing Dawngate before it's plug was pulled, they had a character (http://dawngate.gamepedia.com/Mina) who would do this type of support playstyle. This would be an amazing idea for a support! Riot pls
