So riot is selling PROJECT skins with different prices so you have a different splash art
shows greed IMO. There is no reason at all to make this. The initial splash art should be the one everyone receives.

i don't see anything wrong with it if you want that cool border get it at normal price, if you want to save money wait for the sale. The only thing that sucks is for the people who buy after the sale at normal price they don't get the border but i like it like that it show that you where there at the event that why you have a border.
