Some new item ideas / changes.
Edit: Apparently, satire aimed at the abysmal state of balance belongs in this forum. Okay then.
These items will all be super fair, balanced items, don't worry!

We're also goinna change AP champs so that they only need to build one AP item and then literal full tank but still have enough damage to one shot you (or kill you within ~2s). We're also goinna remove the CDR cap for AP champs, so that they can use their spells twice a second. We're ALSO goinna remove mana, 'cause resources are lame and give too much counterplay.
Trust me, these changes will make the game much more balanced, and will reward skillful play moreso than mediocre play.
