But come on, you couldn't think of ANYTHING else then Zombie themed skins for Harrowing?

Vampires , Witchs, Spiders, Black Cats, Werewolfs, Bats , Crows, Mummys, Devil, Skeletons, Grim Reaper, Pumpkins, etc.

So many ideas, but we get the Zombie theme? So boring, bland and extremely over used. They are cool skins and all but really getting tired of seeing, Zombie/Zombie Related, themes during Harrowing/Hallowing season.

Even Spirit Fire Brand and Demon Vi feel more Harrowing related then the Zombie Apocalypse theme.

Kinda disappointed that appearantly Necromancer Azir isn't going to be a thing. He is the only 2014 champ that still doesn't have a skin,so I thought they were waiting for the harrowing(though toy-commander azir is also a possible for snowdown)

Anyway I think zombienunu looks great(mistook it for a legendary skin at first).The slayer skins are also neat,even if they aren't that impressive.

I agree, there's so much more potential; and they're pitifully wasting it. The holiday isn't really the important thing though; it's the glaring lack of creativity in these more recent skins.

Just to get it out there, I like the Pantheon one, I do. The sound effects are sick.

At the same time...I'm so freaking sick of zombies, and everything that reminds me of them. I've been sick of zombies long before Left 4 Dead 2 came out (which feels like forever ago, give or take), and even before then, I was just getting exhausted at the theme every single piece of media seemed to be taking. I thought they were a dead theme at this point.

I mean, I guess someone doesn't think the fad is over (it is, Riot, seriously, get with the times), but...gah, I dunno. On one hand, Slayer Pantheon (which is a neat play on words of Dragonslayer Pantheon, I admit), which isn't really zombie-like (he seems more Texas Chainsaw Massacre to me, not a zombie hunter, which doesn't seem nearly as cool), and that's good. The Jinx one? Not so good. I would even call that a bad idea that doesn't even fit the character as a violence-crazed Piltover psychopath. It feels empty in spirit. And I couldn't care less about Nunu while Nunu Bot still exists. Waste of a good opportunity for all the others already mentioned, like Bard. And maybe it's asking too much, but Karthus has never had a particularly good skin that feels like an upgrade over his base skin, ever, at least post-VU.

On the other, the whole zombie thing...Yeah, everyone's had enough of it. Everyone. That's why there aren't any more zombie mods for every single first-person shooter ever released now. Or, even worse, that weird Counter-Strike zombie thing that never took off because no one cared about it. But I digress, the dead-tired cliche bothers me for being beaten even harder, but Pantheon getting a cool skin is a good thing.

Conflicting, man.

Is it just me or are these skins terrible compared to the kass/brand/vi skins? Jinx's skin doesn't look bad....but the idea is lame if you ask me (could have done something far better). Nunu's W is the only cool thing about it really, but I think Nunu wins out of the 3......and don't get me started on panth. That is probably one of the worst skins I have seen so far.

Riot you normally make really well thought out skins and these just scream missed opportunity. Most of your revenue comes from the skins (if not all) and you probably should put some more work into that panth skin. I wouldn't even pay 1 RP for it.

.....seriously rethink that panth skin because its awful.

On a positive note: Loving the Kassadin/ Brand/ Vi skins that you are going to release in 5.20 great work!

Put a clown face on rengar.. and bam.. that stuff is scary if you wanted zombie smashing.. i would have figured Ekko would be most likely.. just give him that end of world look. And Azir would make a great vampire looking skin instead of a pigeon for the season

The skins for the popular champions Jinx and Pantheon are unimpressive, while the skin for the unpopular champion Nunu is pretty dang cool. Not sure if people will suddenly start playing nunu just to use this skin and even though I like the skin, there is zero chance I would buy the only harrowing skin I like out this group. There is a greater chance of me buying a harrowing skin I do not like (Jinx), than buying a skin I do like because it is for a champion i only play in aram. This seems strange to me.

Zombie Brand was / is EPIC, was hoping we would get something game changing like that skin again. It does not need to be zombie themed, but the amount of detail and just sheer awesome in that skin is unrivaled in harrowing skins. Personally, Zombie Brand is my favorite non Katarina skin in this game. I feel like at least one harrowing skin per year should be on that level, there has not been another harrowing skin (or any skin) that meets that standard.

So you want them to release the same theme over and over again? The last time there were zombie skins was in 2012!!!!! Now if Riot had made a bunch of other Zombie type skins, then yeah, this would be an overused theme. BUT THERE ARE 2!!! And the first came out 5 years ago! Want to know how many ghost/spirity themed skins there are? Haunted Zyra, Haunted Maokai, Ravenborn LeBlanc, Underworld Wukong, Reaper Soraka, Underworld Twisted Fate, Reaper Hecarim, Headless Hecarim, and the entirety of the Shadow Isles BASE (!!!!) skins!!

The Pantheon and Jinx skins are simply just disappointing. The harrowing themed skins are usually all great. I don't really understand why mediocre (at best, mediocre) skins like the Slay Jinx/pantheon, every single academy skin, the corsair, rogue admiral, cut purse, cutthroat... etc skins, which are all super boring, make it through the skin team's initial rounds... I mean come on, the possibilities are endless with holloween, and the two of the three skins are just boring. The visuals are ugly and are not appealing. Put me on the damn skin design team and i promise you Riot, your sales for skins would go up. Scrap all the stupid "skin groups" that have been going on. Unless there is going to be as much effort put into a skin development like the cosmic reaver/ spirit fire brand, WHY EVEN MAKE THE SKIN. Save your time. I am interested to see sales of the slayer skins compared to other skins... (like the kickass PROJECT skins cough cough) Nothing but love, Rito...

To me the skins that are coming out with patch 5.20 (, , Kassadin , hell even Kindred ) are the real harrowing skins. The jinx, panth and nunu skins are more like "harrowing skins part 2"

The strange thing about this is I dislike Jinx 's while I actually like the skins for Nunu and Pantheon but just not as Harrowing skins.

While Nunu 's skin is my favorite of the three/the closest to being a harrowing skin I honestly feel more like he is some sort of superior extra-terrestrial being riding an extra-terrestrial animal from his home planet than he is being a, uhm, zombie controlling scientist? While the recall animation and sounds make it pretty clear he is a zombie they almost feel forced. That said, as much as I dislike many of the elements of the skin I do like it, maybe even enough to buy it although I confess I'm not sure if I like it more than the Grungy Nunu skin which WILL be on sale later this month.

Pantheon 's skin honestly makes me think of a futuristic gangbanger; the whole future-punk and/or Mad Max style is why. He looks more like somebody who survived some serious stuff and just scavenged what he could to make it on the streets of the future between his chainsaw polearm, his stopsign shield, makeshift jump-pack, etc. He looks like a bit of a Singed -wanna-be going though and I'm not really sure if this is worth being released as a Harrowing skin.

Don't get me started on Jinx . All I'll say about her skin is two things: A, Her recall animation is the only thing that feels "Harrowing" about her and B, with a name like "Jinx" why didn't Riot go with some sort of witch theme for her?

The pantheon and Nunu ones are okay (though admittedly nothing to write home about, though I do love Panth's spear and shield), the Jinx one on the other hand... is it just me or did they not really do anything?

It's just jinx with different weapons and clothes and a dye job, which I realize is what a lot of skins are, but it isn't a 720 RP 'schoolyard' jinx or 'casual' jinx, i's called 'zombie slayer' jinx, its not an unreasonable expectation that she actually look like she slays zombies at a first glance instead of after serious inspection and/or reading that that is the name of the skin.

These skins are actually great, but it just doesn't fit the Halloween (Harrowing) theme. They could've just been released earlier or later on as normal skins like "Junkyard Jinx" or "Steam Punk Jinx" or something.. The Nunu is good though, it relates with Halloween.

Even Demon Vi and Spirit Fire Brand would've fit more for Harrowing :/

I personally like the skins and they look pretty kickass in and of themselves. However they're pretty weak in comparison to previous Harrowing skins (Such as Underworld Wukong and Ravenborn LeBlanc for example).

On their own, they're pretty good. But weak compared to previous Harrowings.
