Omen- The Gibbering Madness
saw that kewl little picture of the could be champion and thought...ya....i want that, and in my fantasies when i should be listening to lecture in class this is the crap i came up with. and in typical Riot fashion i am going to overload the SH!T out of this things kit.
Passive- Dementia Venom - after 3 basic attacks or ability, Omen reduce target Movement speed by 5/10/15(+level)% for 1.5/2/3 and deals bonus magic damage to the slowed target equal to 3% max HP. target is immune to Dementia Venom after it's effect ends, for 15 sec. only one target can be marked at a time Q-Thornburst- Deals bonus damage on next basic attack, with 400 bonus attack range, for 60/110/160/210/260(+55% total AD, 15% AP) 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 mana, 8 sec CD W-Presight- Range 2100 , 50 / 45 / 40 / 35 / 30 Omen slows by 30% for 1.5 sec, gaining vision of the area nearby, Enemy Champions revealed( must not have vision on these champions before using Preysight) Omen's next attack is a 100 %Critical strike chance, or the next ability will trigger Dementia venom regardless of Omen's passive for the next 3 sec. E- Bed of Spikes- : 950 range / 175 Radius, 90 MANA, 10 sec CD, Omen marks the ground under an enemy unit, after a 0.5 sec delay the ground causing spikes to explode in the area shredding targets Magic Resist, Armor and applying two stacks of Dementia Venom to the next target Omen basic attacks or hits with Thornburst. armor shred 5/10/15/20/25+30% bonus AD magic shred 5/10/15/20/25+30% AP) if Omen is within the blast range, heal for 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 50% AP). Bed of Spikes triggers Instantly against Neutral monsters, and burns jungle monsters for 100/110/120/130/140 +45% total AD true damage over 2 sec. R- Shadow Step- Range 375, 100 MANA, 110/90/70 sec CD, vanish from sight for 1/2/3 sec, gaining 50/60/70% move speed, if Shadow Step ends near an enemy Champion Omen will stun all enemy champions within range for 2 sec and dealing 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 50% AP) damage
Hidden Passive:league of legends school Masters Degree in Omen the Gibbering Madness required to play, otherwise Omen constantly says , Git Gud Skrub in a funny voice on move or attack's, and refuses to do any dancing jokes, instead looking at the screen and shaking it's head disappointingly.
