Why Shen does not have a skin with flashy altered abilities?

We can all say from a visual standpoint that Warlord Shen is the biggest lug on the alteration scale, meaning he has the most change from the base than the rest. You could rival me and say TPA shen is the best but for me it's not.

Isn't anyone bothered that riot didn't go as far as change the color scheme of 's abilities much less how they are applied/look? To me it's very upsetting, ppl talk about needing adjusments but at least his Battcast skin has altered abilities animations (and yes I know it would look dumb if they didn't do it)

I understand the shen's abilities are subtle in appearance like that of but they even change hear very small animations to got with her Warring Kingdoms Kat skin?

I bet if Riot went all out for one epic legacy shen skin that shen players would be contented with just that for a good 3 years... Give or take.
