This skin concept is about an Ekko from older times who is the paper boy of Zaun.
He could use a roll of newspaper as his slugger and he can throw out a stop watch for his Q (like gentleman Gnar) that breaks expaninr its springs (and other watchy mechanisms inside) then fixing back on retraction as if rewinding time :D

Bard and Azir have been out for longer without skins, and Zed and Kalista waited faaaaaaaaaaaaaar longer than Ekko for their first skins. And both of them were for already made skin lines, while Ekko's skin was in an entirely new skin line.

And he got released after all of them. We don't need another Ekko skin when we have a ton of under-appreciated champions and champions with next to no skins. Swain hasn't gotten a skin in forever, but Ekko gets 2 skins besides his release skin in quick succession?

Daxterr1 votesI think this is a pretty awesome concept but to be honest I don't like the sketch, sorry lol. His face looks like a monkey and furthermore he looks white in the sketch. Maybe make a new sketch that shows him wielding the newspaper roll or something, I think that would portray it better.
