Paper Boy Ekko

This skin concept is about an Ekko from older times who is the paper boy of Zaun.

He could use a roll of newspaper as his slugger and he can throw out a stop watch for his Q (like gentleman Gnar) that breaks expaninr its springs (and other watchy mechanisms inside) then fixing back on retraction as if rewinding time :D
