Shen needs some love, shen would be played and liked x10 if his ability animations where ekko level and his combat/walk animation was badass like Yas. [Talking about his base skin]. You didn't even have to make a single number change, just once he look good and the animations were on point he'd be a top seller.

You could argue his kit needs some updating, but they lump their efforts together to make a cohesive package. If they do one, they usually do the other at the same time.

is perhaps my favorite top laner, and I agree. Landing his E is difficult when taunting toward your turret because Shen's hitbox doesn't match his E, and it doesn't have an initial location effect. I'd like it if he became wraith-like and cool-looking when he uses E, so that problem could be fixed.
Also, scaling MR. For Frankie's Sake.
