What if the avatar was a champion?(Random Thoughts)

Does anybody remember that show from 2005 by nickelodean called Avatar the Last Airbender . Well, recently I rewatched it and thought about how it could be a champion. In no way am I saying this should or could be a thing, it's just a random thought. I wouldn't imagine this avatar to be in any particular part of the cycle, or to be anyone that either ATLA or LOK(Legend of Korra) has introduced.

Passive: Avatar State: When the avatar drops below 40% of maximum health they enter the avatar state for 10 seconds. During this time all of their abilities are empowered. On top of that, there is no "ultimate" ability, the avatar's r is simply like another ability, and can be learned at level 1.

Q:Firebending: The avatar sends fire in a target direction, dealing 90/130/170/210/250+(70% ability power) damage. In the avatar state the range of this ability is increased by 250, and the scaling is increased to 90% range:900 cooldown:10/9/8/7/5.5

W:Airbending: The avatar airbends in a target direction moving all enemies 100/150/200/250/300 units back, this will interrupt dashes. In the avatar state this will send enemies to the range threshold. passive:Have a 5/7/9/11/15% chance to dodge basic attacks. (I know this is RNG but it's based off of how evasive Aang was in the show as an airbending master.) range:900 cooldown:15/14/13/12/10

e:Waterbend: The avatar creates a ring of water around themselves for 5 seconds, this ring will block any basic attacks or on hit abilities, then it will send a surge of water back at the attacker dealing 20/30/40/50/70+(20% of ability power)(20/25/30/35/40% of that attack's damage). In the avatar state the return percentage ratio is increased by 15%. Basically the more powerful the attack the more powerful the return(in the avatar state this increases). This only procs on champion on clicks or basic attacks. return maximum range:1000 cooldown:20/18.5/17/15.5/14

R:Earthbend: First cast: Create a wall of earth that is 500/600/750 units wide. Second cast:Move the wall forward 150/250/400 units, pushing all enemies caught with it, if it collides with a wall all enemies affected will take 90/140/190+(60% ability power) damage. In the avatar state the walls width is increased by 250 and the scaling is increased to 75%. cast range:650 cooldown:20/18.5/17/15.5/14

If you haven't watched the show I recommend it! And thank you for bothering to read this idea!

I kinda want a champion that can control multiple elements simultaneously and combine them for different effects. Kinda like Invoker from DotA.

I also like to watch different "technique-based" series and assign abilities to them.

A suggestion for the passive part of airbending so it is not random is to make a counter that is visible to everyone like Annie's passive. Change it from basic attacks to all hits. This includes any spell that banshee's veil blocks or basic attacks.

Passive: dodge the next attack or spell to hit you after being hit 9/8/7/6/5 times

This converts to 10%/11%/13%/14%/17% chance to dodge but promotes skillful use of it and countering of it. The enemy can time their spells to make an auto attack use it up while the avatar can attempt to bait out a high value ability. It would also make sense for skill shots to pass through the avatar instead of just hitting them because it is a dodge and not a block.

A champion concept I made he's a mage who doesn't have a fancy way of dodging but got some other cool tricks.
