Fixing Jayce to be not a lane bully.
Can not auto attack in ranged form.. Ranged form ability damage increased to release Jayce.
Easy.

Not able to auto attack in ranged form... are you kidding?
You want to lock him out of csing if he is in ranged form? What kind of suggestion even is this? And the weirdest: His W in ranged form is an AS buff, now you want him to not be able to use auto attacks in ranged form? This makes absolutely no sense.
