Xaneiro- The Disciple of Perception

Xaneiro is a machine gun mage who requires fast fingers to play well. If played right he can rapidly load massive damage (as machine gun mages tend to do.)

Passive: Rapid Offensive After using an ability Xaneiro gains a bonus effect on his next two basic attacks. These next two basic attacks will be arcane missiles and will have an attack speed of 2.0 (this is set and cannot be changed.) These arcane missiles travel 700 units and take 0.5 seconds to reach their endpoint. Each of these missiles will deal his basic attack damage as well as 20 -150 (levels 1-18)+(30% ability power) damage. These missiles will apply on hit effects including crit. note: He can't stack this more than once.

Q: Arcane Spark Xaneiro fires an arcane missile in a line dealing 70/110/150/190/230+(50% ability power) damage. cooldown: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 range:700

W: Mageborn Earthquake: Xaneiro channels for 0.5 seconds, then he sends a shockwave of magic through the ground that deals 40/70/100/130/160+(25% ability power) damage as well as knocking enemies back 100/150/200/250/300 units. This travels in a rectange that is 250 units wide and 400 units long. (The side that is 250 units wide as the part where he cast from and the shockwave travels 400 units away from him). cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 range:400

E: Precise Commands Xaneiro empowers his next Rapid Offensive (which will of course be right after he casts this). Each missile will track enemies (however they will collide with the first enemy unit they hit) and they will deal an additional 20/45/70/95/120+(10% ability power) damage on top of the base damage. However, each missile will take 1 second. cooldown: 6/6/5/5/5 range: NA

R: Concentrated Power Xaneiro channels for 0.75 seconds, after which he sends a beam in a line that deals 100/175/250+(60% ability power). This ability can store up to three charges, charge time is decreased by cooldown reduction, however the cooldown time between casts is not reduced by cooldown reduction. cooldown (time in between each cast). 10/7.5/5 charge time: 50/40/30 range: 700 width: 150

Gameplay (at least what I would imagine.) As with another machine gun mage, Ryze , Xaneiro requires a fast combo of his abilities.

Combos:(as far as my tiny brain could comprehend If an enemy is closing in on you, execute the following combo in order: w+passive+q+passive+R (only 1 cast)+passive+e+passive+q+passive This combo at level 18 with 500 ability power deals a total of 4385 damage in about 6.5 seconds if executed quickly. (this is ignoring any defense people might have but that's just to give a general idea.)

If you have the upper hand and do not need to defend yourself use the following combo: q+passive+R(1 cast)+passive+e+passive+q+passive This combo at level 18 with 500 ability power deals a total of 3650 damage in about 5.25 seconds if executed properly. (once again this is ignoring defense and this combo can be repeated.)

Bottom line is, if you know how to combo passive with basic abilities he will deal a ton of damage.

Counterplay Xaneiro has no mobility and 2 of his abilities require a brief channel so mobile champions can dodge his skillshots. His main method of defense is also the ability with the second longest cooldown, take advantage of this Champions with silences can easily shut him down.
