(champion concept)galen, the ancient mage
Role: Galen is a Mobile, glass cannon who relies on his abilities to do damage. he deals a lot of AoE damage but can have a lot of single target burst too.
Abilities: Passive: Test of The mind: Galen´s Abilities Apply a Debuff Called Amnesia, this makes his abilities have a 50% slow on them.(the ability that first applies the debuff does not slow, slow last 3 sec)
Q: Lost Souls: Passive: Galen summons a lost soul every 10 seconds. These souls gather on his next ability amplifying it based on the ability. Active: Galen sends a bolt of soul energy in a straight line, dealing damage and Releasing the souls of all non champion enemies it hits, making their soul home in on a nearby enemy champion, dealing bounus damage per soul. Damage(bolt):80/150/200/250/300 (+0.6 AP) Magic damage Damage per soul released: 6/8/12/14/16(+0.05AP) Magic damage Lost soul bonus(Q Passive): amnesia debuff is consumed but not replaced and it roots for 2 sec.(only main bolt applies amnesia, or procs it.) Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 10 sec. at all ranks
W: Body Shock: Galen shocks the body of a targeted enemy champion with magical energy, Dealing damage and applying a shocked debuff, slowing and making them unable to use any form of mobility for 4 sec. Damage: 50/100/150/200/250(+0.4AP) magic damage Lost soul bonus(Q Passive): The debuff spreads to 1 nearby enemy champion. Mana cost:60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 sec.
E: Mindwarp: Galen warps his mind to a target location, leaving his body behind. in this time he can auto attack with his body, but casts spells and takes damage with his mind. After 4 sec. the body catches up, teleporting to the minds location and reforming Galen. Lost soul bonus(Q Passive): The mind can detonate the body, dealing AoE damage around it but damaging himself. Damage(body explosion):125/175/225/275/350(+0.5AP) magic damage Mana cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Cooldown: 20. sec at all ranks
R: Thought Revolution: Galen manipulates the mind and souls of the enemy champions in a targeted area to think against the ideals of theirselves, Silencing them and Cutting attack speed in half for 3/3.5/4 sec. Lost soul bonus(Q Passive): it also causes Damage to their Mind, applying a DoT effect based on Their max. health and some of their Bonus AD or AP DoT(Soul effect): 25%max health over 5 sec + 0.6 of their bonus AD and AP at the final tick. Mana cost: 150 Cooldown: 200/150/100 sec
