Role: Marksmen Lore: A villain from piltover, in his 20's, who is obsessed with the thrill of the chase, gun fights, and mayhem. He loves breaking the law and getting into shootouts or chases with cops, especially Caitlyn. He fits into the dynamic between Caitlyn, Vi, and Jinx, working with her on a few grand schemes. Though the scheme itself doesn't interest him much, it's the mayhem that follows that he loves. I would say he's less crazy than Jinx overall, he's more of a thrill junky.
Passive:** Adrenaline Rush**: When anyone, friend or foe (in a 1000 units radius) takes damage, gain 1 stack (each stack represents 1% attack speed) for every 100 damage is taken. Capping out at 1000 damage level 1, but increasing up to 10000 damage at level 18. For a 100% attack speed increase at level 18, after gaining 100 stacks. This passive solidifies him as a powerful late game carry that loves long drawn out royals, perfectly fitting his character.
Q:** 1-2 Punch**: Gain a 3 shot combo with your auto attacks, the first shot shoots with both guns gaining 610/620/630/640/650 range and deals an additional 10/20/30/40/50% of your ad as damage, the two shots shoot with the right gun and left gun separately for 525-575 range.
W:Duck! Fire a huge bullet that in the air that lands and triggers an explosion on the ground. Range: 500, damage 40-200 (+100%-150% of ad)
E: Catch me if you can Coppers! Pause for 0.75 seconds as you make a pose before running away, you are immune to cc during this time. Gain 10/20/30/40/50% decaying movement speed for 1.5 seconds, the movement speed scales depending on how close you are to the enemy, up to 20/40/60/80/100% if the enemy is right on your tail.
