Give the Assassin rework another go Riot

And this time, make it so assassins with stealth have the longest burst windows not the shortest Rengar Shaco, champs with hyper mobility have to hit multiple skillshots to hit you so they can actually be outplayed Leblanc Zed, and to top it all off, if a champ is gonna kill me in 0.26 seconds, it better be an all skillshot champ. Because Rengar and Shaco doing this with only autos and targeted abilities makes me want to uninstall the game.

Remove Assassins from the game.

No. All the class reworks have been complete failures.

It's hilarious to see people complain about assassins when ADCs have literally been oneshotting squishies With auto attacks for several seasons. You still can't assassinate a Xayah or Draven because they will outplay you with right-clicking.

Don't rework classes. Revert duskblade to the delayed damage proc. Make it melee only. Make stormrazer ranged only.

There ya go. Then balance as needed.

The other thing you could do is go the pyke rout and make them glorified executes.

But you can't have hyper mobile and the ability to 100-0 in a health way.

walking into lane as a 20 armor mage against zed is just so unfun and uninteractive most players just ban the champion and get it over with.I am fairly sure that if the champion had a lower playrate he would be reworked by now.

Nobody is against champions like Leblanc or Shaco having their kits deepened and made more interactive. The problem is Riot seems to have no clue what they're doing and only listens to feedback a year after they force their abominations upon the community. For instance, for the Leblanc rework they got a silver 2 player that didn't even play the champion to begin with. In what universe will that turn out well? They have 0 respect for the playerbase. For the sake of anyone that plays these champions I'd rather not risk them an entire year of essentially having their champion deleted. So no, I'm not for it.

they should revert the whole update another rework will just screw em up again cuz riot doesn't know how to balance assassins

if you give shaco or rengar (champion without scape) the longest time to burst someone you will delete their assasin path, only being viable as bruiser because they need to stay in teamfight to kill someone (since they can't go back after throw in).

I'm agree to nerf his burst damage and change for a dot damage or something like that, but then you need to give them more movility to can go in and out.

Play assassins

They're the only fun class left after fervor was removed

Honestly, the only real problem I have with assassins is that they can brute force their kills on healthy targets at all stages of the game. It used to be that, aside from some outliers (looking at you Leblanc, Talon), assassins in a vaccuum used to have to poke you down and go in with their full combo after you're weakened. Would be great if assassins were more focused on missing hp type scalings that are quite terrible on fully healthy champs or modifiers based on whether the champ is disabled or not (and whether it's soft or hard disable). I would like them more if they played more like fragile tricksters than brutes. I can respect a well played early game shaco that successfully reaches his peak, for example.

Another gripe I have is that itemization has gotten more offensive overall. Banshee's veil and and guardian angel were once purely defensively stated. In addition, defensive items like thornmail worked differently, scaling with the damage enemies did and making it an overall more dangerous item. I always thought it was fair because the reflect is magic damage, so counterplay was built in (nowadays, that would be a much easier thing to counter also, as qss builds into an ad/lifesteal item and maw grants lifesteal and spell vamp upon lifeline activation).
