Ryze is sitting at 44% winrate, played by only OTP's. Rengar is at 49% Yi is at 49,5% winrate.
Here we go balancing only for competitive and not giving a fuck about actual soloq :)
They hate hard champions and love simple and cancer ones that's why smh right click and Q spam Yi and 1 shot rengar meanwhile Ryze gets nerfed while Talon AND Zed are left alone while dominating midlane and instakilling everyone.
No matter how supposedly skill-less Yi and Rengar are, they will never be at the rock bottom where the likes of Trynd and Mundo dwell. Rengar and Yi are also much harder to play than people give them credit for; the issue is that the game's damage is too high so any semblance of their skill expression is nullified, but that's kinda the problem of the whole game atm so it's not like it's so rare people don't know about it.
Also, Yi is buffed on the front of his W, so it's not like it changed anything. In fact, I'd say the buff is bad, and only because it means Yi won't be touched again any time soon when there are still so much to be addressed while they simply did a placebo patch on him hoping that people wouldn't notice.
Rengar buff that gives him more early-mid game ulti is questionable, though. The duration extension in late-game sort of makes sense, but the early-mid game CD cut? I don't buy that one tbh. Why would you give him more early snowball when his snowballing is pretty much his problem in a nutshell?

Gameplay+ pretty much makes Gameplay obsolete.
i wish riot would make a server for the proplay .. like the pbe .. where they can ruin the game as much as they want .. no one would care ..
