Putting aside the unnecessary rework and the contest nerf he's been getting without any compensation, can we give him his "Sandstorm Malzahar" with Sand particles already?

You should specify that. People can argue that you're incorrect because you left it at "Malzahar has not gotten a skin," which he technically has.

Not saying I disagree, but you could be more clear about it to make your point more airtight.

Challenger/Conqueror, Championship (i.e. Championship Shyvana, Championship Zed, etc.) and other eSports skins (skins received for the World Championship team i.e. SSW Talon, SKT Ryze, TPA Mundo, etc.).

Then I believe heimer needs a skin if holiday don't count
