Why do NOT want new particles on Mauderer Ashe's W

We simply want them darkened a little bit. How difficult is that?!? For example on the PBE when you guys changed Inquisitor Sivir sash/belt thing from a really pale, graying, blue to a more darker blue green. And you guys did that In a day. The bright blinding blue for ashe just looks so off on that skin. Just change the hues a little and get it to be like a pale gray?!?
