Guys, I have an idea for a Nautilus skin...

Okay, so this thread might already exist, and probably is already well know, But since I don't know about it, and I don't really give a damn, I want this skin idea to be heard. Okay, picture this. We have Primetime Draven and Forecast Janna. The only logical next step forward, would be Anchorman Nautilus. He would wear a blueish suit that doesn't quite fit, so his steely diving suit would still be poking out in some places. He would still speak like Nautilus, very slowly with a slight echo, but speak about "news like" things. I have only a few lines that I think would fit, but they would be a taunt referencing the other two skins. Maybe something like "Now to Draven, with E-Sports..." Or "Now to Janna, with the weather..." Perhaps he would have lines for when he kills someone, or finds someone dead. Something like "Anchorman Nautilus here... saying there's been a murder on the Rift." Maybe even have a taunt for the Dunkmaster skin, saying something along the lines of, "I'm here live, to interview the Dunkmaster." Or maybe something more insulting, like "You aren't as good as you think Dunkmaster..." I don't know. If you want a picture of what this might look like, you'll have to draw one yourself, because drawing is... not my best skill section. I haven't decided what his anchor would be, as Draven already has microphones as his weapons. I don't know, I just got this idea in my head while I should have been sleeping. Tell me if you really think this skin would work, as I love Nautilus, and wish him to be played more. If by that slim fraction of a chance that it does become a skin, I feel like it would help Nautilus get back into the spotlight a bit. Just a bit. Thanks for reading!
