Blood Moon Diana and Vladimir

I don't have any concept art, and it wouldn't really matter if I did.

These two have been neglected for an obvious skin concept, and it'd be great if they made the skins and released them the same week as a joke.

okay; here's the real argument: They won't do Blood Moon Diana (despite the recent Blood Moon) even though they could do a lot more for hers than just giving her a mask and making her hair and animations red without any particle changes. (cough YASUO cough)

Caitlin and Morgana just got Lunar Wraith skins that completely undermine Diana's Goddess skin. She is the best. They shouldn't be rude to her like that.

And if the damn argument is that "Blood moon would be redundant on Diana"... doesn't hold. If that's their reasoning, then she didn't need a Lunar Goddess skin, since it's a lot more redundant than making a skin for an occurrance that happens only once every few decades when she is ALWAYS the messenger of the moon.
