Arcade Top Laner

So we've got Arcade Miss Fortune and Sona as bot lane ADC and Support respectively, Final Boss Veigar mid as APC, Arcade Hecarim jungle, now we just need a top lane champion. Any ideas? I think Riot missed a golden opportunity to include an Arcade Gangplank for Arcade MF's splash art, but that's just me. If you had to pick a top laner for the Arcade skin line, who'd it be?
