Dynamic queue has fucked up matchmaking balance.

I don't know what the hell is going on, but I have yet to win a single game in over two weeks. This isn't the first time this has happened this season. I don't know about you, but I don't like getting shit-stomped for 15 games in a row. Last season, when something like that happened, MMR was recalculated, and I'd get a much better skill matchup. Now, because of dynamic queue, I'm constantly getting stuck with premades, so something like that is impossible to implement. So here I am, going to continue to lose to premades, without any hope of possibly winning. This is beyond stupid. Even if I wasn't getting matched with premades, my MMR isn't properly recalculating. I'm still getting stuck playing against players much better than me. This is goddamn infuriating. This is why I took a break, and it looks like it's going to be for good now, since I can't seem to get a single fair matchup in over 25 games.

Oh look another thread blaming all of their misfortunes on something that isn't actually the cause of their misfortunes. This shit is the new "elo hell". Stop dude. Just fucking stop.

People telling you otherwise, either don't play ranked that seriously or have premades once in awhile. I agree with you. I have played season 4 and 5 before, and this season is by far the worst experience I ever had. I remember I even played drunk and was still being able to climb lol. One time I climbed from gold 5 to gold 3. But now? Bad quality games overall.

If you are dissatisfied by Riot development team, it's pretty easy... stop playing LoL and spending money on RP.

well I'm playing solo and I've won a lot of games lately. so I think it just changes what it takes to succeed as a solo player, and whatever the changes I guess i'm doing something right.

my tip is just to focus on the game, try not to tilt. and ask what you can do to account for the team plays that are happening

I'm waiting for a alternative game now to play. league is still my favorite game to play but it definitely has gone down hill since dynamic queue has come out. Worst part is the sheer amount of vocal displeasure the league community has shown with little to no regard by riot. Riot listen to your player base before it gets too late. I enjoy the product you have made but don't let something so silly ruin the product that is so dearly loved by so many. Put out both versions and if solo queue dominates then let that become the standard if dynamic queue is more popular then i guess that should be the standard...but don't decide for us.

Matchmaking is beyond broken right now. It was always somewhat of a lost cause because of smurfing, but now it's completely out the window.

I've started warning my teams during champion select that since they got matched with me that means their lane opponents are going to play at a much, MUCH higher level than they're able to deal with. And I apologize for that. I don't know why that keeps happening in every single game I'm in, but it sure does. They scoff at me, of course. At first. But then the feeding begins.......

I've had similar streaks in every season I've played. Since s2. Lost 21 in a row once. I've lost ~8 in a row this season.

It happens.

Realistically you're supposed to be climbing with a 50% win rate but looking into some peoples match history you see some in high 60s even some in low 70s while other in low 40s or even close to mid 30s

Matchmaking is messed up in both Ranked and Normals. My friend started playing league (never played a MOBA before) hes level 24. He continues to face enemy teams level 30 silver/gold, sometimes even plat, while his team MIGHT have an unranked level 30. Of course his team always gets stomped. I never recall this happening to me when I started playing (2 years ago)

Since dynamic queue came live the normal queue matchmaking seems totally fucked up too. Maybe my MMR gets messed up by playing dynamic queue, or maybe it's something going on behind the scenes. I had pretty regular win-loss patterns before this season, but now my normal games are always 10 wins in a row or 10 losses in a row. My skill level does not change in that way, that is completely illogical. It is also very unlikely that a pattern this clear and long standing is just a coincidence, and my brother and some of his friends have the same patterns.
