Can you have a True Neutral in this game?

What if, for example, a champ's passive was Bard Shrines. But any of the 10 players in the game who stepped on them got healed?

Would you be a determent to your team by picking a champ like that?

We have 1 as far as I'm aware: Kindred ultimate. And her ultimate does have the potential to benefit the enemy more than her own team depending on when it is used.

You could, but people would absolutely hate them. Im reminded of "Im Jarvan Im helping"

The champion would have to have extra powerful abilities to make up for the fact that they could do nothing for your team, which means if the players played well with them they would feel OP and if they didnt they would throw entire games.

In addition it would be obviously incredibly easy to troll with them, which Riot tries to avoid.

Shen

You can ult in to save your team and taunt the enemy, but he's also completely useless in everything else. It's basically a 5v4 and a Shen

The truest of neutrals.

Riot tends to avoid that unless the ability is incredibly powerful and needs that to tone it back (See: Bard's E, Kindred's R), or because that allows it to be used in multiple ways (Such as Bard's ult).

Kindred's Ultimate is already stupid enough.

There is no reason for champions to have abilities that help the enemies, plain and simple.
