Ultimate Ability idea: Ultimate transfer

Transfer After channeling for 2 seconds, reduce an allied champion's Ultimate ability's cooldowns by 75, 85 , 95% of its total cooldown.

This can make for really fun combos with certain Area of Effect skills XD

This could be extremely potent on a jungler or a toplaner (would be too oppressive on a Support IMO) since their role rotations can really make decision making key to maximize Ability usage and cooldown tracking with that of the opponents'.
