We all know that Champions originally talked to their summoners during their VO. The ydid not talk to other champions 70% of the time.
Now we have Rek'sai... I have nothing against her not speaking a line or anything but being capable to "talk" with you as the summoner, She should have at least 2-3 audible lines.
I think that isn't so bad.

Considering how summoners might not exist anymore, I don't know. Though I do know if I were one, the last thing I'd want is incessant, incoherent screeching in my mind.
I'd probably prefer the voice that drove Malzahar insane over this supposedly estrogen infused voidling.
There was a super thread made where a summoner asked others to supply one champion that had a story that couldn't progress without the retcon.
Nary a soul supplied one piece of solid evidence as to why the retcon was needed.
Summoners only hear what the champ is telepathically telling them,if the champion thinks in a certain language then he will only hear the thoughts in that language. This is evident thanks to champs like Karma,yasuo(who both tend to talk an ancient ionian dialect from time to time,which does not get translated) and gnar(who only talks in his primitive language or not at all depending on his form)
