When Pantheon casts Grand Skyfall, please make him do a running jump as he channels (like how some champs move away from their position when they are dancing). Also, please make the landing visually satisfying with dust particles and a small crater where he lands.

As for his spears I also envision them to be mystical in origin as per his lore and thought up of a reason why he can chuck them infinitely without picking them up: He has something that works like Sivir's weapon that generates his spears.

Lastly, please keep the rugged look of the Aegis of Zenonia since it has been passed down for a very long time. I think he is really worlds apart from the armor them that Diana and Leona have going on so more elaborate embellishments here and there would be great but not giving up the obvious Spartan appeal that he has as a core.

Being that Mt. Targon has worship of both the Sun and Moon, it would be neat if Pantheon's Grand Skyfall imitated an eclipse as he's landing.

that's not how it works. he has infinite spears because it's a game. Same way gragas has infinite barrels and draven has infinite axes even if he drops them, or infinite nidalee spears as well. normally I would imagine draven going to manually pick up his axes that didn't return, sivir's weapon is based on a boomerang-like design and also based off of the ever-famous Xena weapon that ricochets off of things when thrown as she is skilled enough to throw it with a pre-determined path in her head that will eventually make it bounce back to get for her to catch.I would imagine that normally pantheon throws his spear like his Q only when he's certain that he will get the kill (he' so sure that's why he deals bonus damage on low hp enemies) and then simply picks it up off their dead body, or from wherever it got stuck on if he missed.

To be honest, if they made Panth' Q a skill shot, they would have to heavily nerf the damage.

normally you'd buff the damage if it were to go from a targeted, guaranteed hit ability to a skillshot thrown one because a skillshot can miss or even be interrupted by minions, but a targeted ability will seek out and hit the target for guaranteed damage (with some exceptions like fizz troll pole, zhonyas, etc.)

I doubt they'd give a "running start" to his ult, since it would mess things up for enemies wanting to target him and interrupt his ult. Some updated FX for the ult would be cool though.

In terms of characterization, what would you guys want to see? Personally, I like the attitude of the "Spartan from the 300 movie" he has going on; yeah it's a bit shallow, but that could be made into character depth. After all, presenting cocky attitudes and fearless quips in the face of the enemy was what the actual Spartans did. I'd also like to see some VO lines that give more insight into his character beyond the quips and boasts, though.

for the amount of "turn everything into a skillshot" going around league, i'm amazed panth spears are still targeted. they look and feel like they should be a skillshot, yet he wasn't the first champion they did this to?

I'm wondering if they might try to give him a mechanic similar to Olaf's axe throw. I have no illusions they'll keep his Q targeted, reworks are intended to make the game healthier/update a champ's kit to make them healthier, and Ryze's targeted spam harass move was changed as well.

I just hope when they do, they don't change his spear sounds too much. I kind of hate how they're taking all of the "punchy" sounds out for more of a "woosh" effect. (See Gangplank's Q)
