If we were to talk about personalities, I would absolutely love the idea of a motherly, caring, good-hearted Noxian. The character should still uphold what Noxus stands for but goes about it with positive reinforcement instead of the usual "carrot & stick" method we all perceive Noxians to employ.

This could be a means to show that you shouldn't hate on all those guys like Ezreal does. Noxians is also a home to good people. I know you tried to do the good Noxian with Riven; she doesn't really give off a tender vibe though. She's more like the rugged gal whose seen how bad war can get and is disillusioned with what Noxus turned out to be. What we need is a symbol to carry Noxus' potential for a nurturing (albeit, power-centruc) environment.

I feel like we should kill two(three?) birds with one stone, and finally make a noxian support, an old crone type lady, a little bit sassy, but good natured at heart.

A noxian support would finally make a full Noxus team possible, ignoring "not exactly supports but it works" supports like Sion or Swain.

It would also give us what you are asking for, the good hearted noxian, one that isn't about brutality or power.

And it would finally give us an old lady champion. Zilean needs a counterpart in the old person squad.

I have decided she must call all other Noxian champions "chilluns," and chides them all for their behavior.

"Ooh, look who got too big to say hi to their mama now? Don't go pullin' any of that 'High Commander of Noxus' on me, boy. I remember when I had to change your diapers."

"Ooh, you chilluns make me laugh. Pay attention to your big brother now. He knows what's best for ya."

"You will learn to share, l'il one. Don't make mama take off her shoe!"

"Ohh, you grew up to be such a big boy! You make mama proud. Not the brightest, but mama still loves you."

"You're spendin' too much time with that Swain child. He's a bad influence on ya."

"Shame, such a pretty gal. But mama warned you not to go touchin' things you didn't know nothing about. Shoulda listened to ya mama."

"How is that nice young man, Garen doing? Such a polite child, you should talk to him more."

"Oh child! You frightened me! What did mama say about climbing on those walls?"

"What did mama say about blood magic? She said 'Don't do it' and what did you do? You did it. Now mama gotta clean this mess up before it stains the carpet!"

"Ohh, were the other chilluns mean to you? Poor baby. Come give mama a hug. Who's mama's tough little survivor?"

"All your talk of roses, the least you could do is help mama with her garden. But you don't even take the time to call on your mama anymore."

Why is it a she? It'd be more fun if it were a nice he.

Because of the 4 females from Noxus, you have Katarina, LeBlanc, Cassiopeia, and then you have Riven, who's the outlier being one of the more level-headed, non-ruthless and more kindly Noxians to exist. So we basically already have an example of a female from Noxus who isn't completely heartless.

Of the males, on the other hand, you have Draven, Darius, Swain, Sion, Urgot, Vladimir, Talon, and Kled, all of which are ruthless to a fault. So why not have a male who's actually, you know, nice.

Maybe he has like a little companion who goes with his gameplay.

And he's just a really nice ranger or forager or somebody who lives alone due to being ostracized for being hated for his kindliness. And when he does taunts he says stuff like, "Hey, don't get many folk like you around here. It's nice to see people like you!" And then his animal companion jumps out and starts making really angry noises and he goes, "Hey, hey. What did I tell you about being rude?"

Heeeee... he'd be cute...

... would be a dead Noxian. Given the current lore on Noxian culture/society, and how it is so focused on "survival of the fittest", a Noxian who is kind hearted would be antithema towards the ideal Noxian. Such a kind person would be taken advantage of, and very swiftly eliminated in Noxus.

a noxian sage, maybe a wanderer (whatever he may be), who believes still in the importance of power and eliminating weakness but he believes in doing so through introspection, respect, companionship, and patience. unlike his ruthless and headstrong brothers and sisters, he believes its not weak men but the weakness IN men that must be purged. not the weakness of physical strength or battle courage but weakness of the heart and soul, weakness that when removed leaves a brother or sister with true bravery to do what they must, steadfastness to be immovable in their resolve, and the wisdom to know that it is not the body, but the heart and soul wherein true strength lies

"Weakness is just a symptom of poor upbringing: your parents were obviously neglectful."

"How can you expect to become a respectful Noxian when you don't finish your greens?"

"Protect the weak and they become feeble, teach the weak to defend themselves and they become warriors."

Probably be more accurate to say this character would be a teacher, one that serves to grow Noxus at its beginnings rather then trying to mold dry clay, they would shape the young to grow into warriors, nurturing their talents. Likely a teacher at an academy for youths with potential, meant to guide them along to represent the best of Noxus one day providing a firm hand to otherwise unruly or pathetic specimens.

The truth is that right now Noxus is not a good place and that is why Darius does what he does. However it would be nice for Darius too have more allies, right now all he has is Swain. Garen has the whole Demacia squad and all Darius has is Swain because most of the other Noxian characters got their own stuff to do.

I think it'd be cool if he had those kind of caring instincts and all that are we talking like a poster boy for Noxus kinda like how Jayce is a poster boy for Piltover??

This could work. Make them the kind of person to act sorta like a grandparent or a guide to other Noxians, encouraging them to become stronger and while being very sweet and friendly, but will probably drop you in seconds if you got on their bad side. Someone friendly, but strong enough to be Noxian.

Would be better if it was a gruff drill sergeant. He would be a support who is really hard on his adc but the twost would be that the reason he is so hard on his team is because he doesnt want to lose his men and thinks they have to be strong to survive.
