Argus: The Solari Inquisitor

An: Hey everyone! This was an idea I was creating ever since I say a forum saying there should be a Zealot champion. Add in playing anarchy!Gaige in Borderlands 2 and 40k, and we have our new champion. I hope I created a unique kit and personality for this character.

Lore: The Solari are the religious center of most tribes of Targon, having near control over all who swear allegiance to them. However, the Solari are not the only religion that calls the mountain home, from the void-worshiping cyclopian tribes to small heretical sects hidden in the shadows, threats to their control over the people under the mountain. Thus it falls into the hands of their inquisition to root out all who would dare challenge their rule. Argus is one such Inquisitor, tasked with hunting down the heretics and keeping the tribes in line. Now, with Diana brining back the faith of the Lunari, he is tasked to end her life and any who will follow her. With the full backing of the remains of the Solari council, and a rune-smith crafted hex-tech gun, he will not stop until he as succeeded in his goal.

"What is the greatest weapon? Is it the Rune-weapons of our ancestors? The Hex-Tech of Zaun and Piltover? No! It is faith, faith in the sun and our ancestors! Those who have true faith do not doubt their goal, do not doubt there purpose! Now, let us show these heretic their folly!"-Inquisitor Argus, before the purge of Sojan.

Appearance: Tall and thin, wearing black robes with a dark cowl over his head. Black, greying hair and green eyes. The Solari gun Is a large, boxy weapon roughly the size of a modern assault rifle.

Kit: As I have said, I based his kit on anarchy!Gaige. I thought it could show fanatical zeal in the gameplay, mobility and damage at the cost of armor and magic resist, encouraging the player to kite and do damage before they take damage.

Passive=Righteous Zeal: for every enemy killed by Argus, he gains a stack of zeal. For every stack of zeal, he gains a small attack and movement speed boost, but losses the same amount of armor and magic resist. The bonuses should be low enough that the first few stacks don't matter, but when they begin to add up he becomes insanely quick and hard to catch, but so squishy that he needs to be. He should lose half his stacks on death.

Q= Rushing Fire: Has two-charges, and has the same range as Lucian's dash. Once he uses both charges and if he has the required stacks, his next basic attack will do bonus damage at the cost of one stack.

W=Shield of Faith: Gains a shield based on the amount of stacks he has. Passively gains more stacks per kill.

E=Ancestor's Blessing: A counter spell, when activated and he is hit with an ablility within a few seconds, he will fire a shot thay deals damage based on his stacks and knocks them away. Depending on his stacks, the shot will do more damage at the cost of ten stacks, should he get a kill from this, he keeps the stacks.

R= Sun-Flare: Fires a glowing ball of light in a skill-shot. Should it hit, the target takes damage based on the number of stacks he has, and does a DoT that lasts for five seconds. Like Jinx's and Draven's ult, it's best used to finish off the enemy.
