How to truely bring lore to the game

This video really gets to the heart of why lore can be influential in League Of Legends. If Riot really wanted to pack a punch with lore they would have more events like Ionia Vs. Noxus and have items come from it. They could also add new or change skins depending on what happens with the lore (Like they did with Gangplank). Add new base skins, and make some traditional/legacy to represent the past.
